I’m Courtney, an experienced yoga teacher, mindfulness educator, and mama guiding you in regulating your nervous system and emotions so you can give the best of yourself to your kids and be the parent you want to be.
I strongly believe that kids shoudn’t suffer the effects of adults dysregulation. Healing your chronic stress, past trauma, and triggers will change your thoughts, energy, and actions. Mindfulness and conscious parenting can transform your experience of being a parent and showing up for your kids.
